NSRTC Celebrates Black History Month

The North Salem Republican Town Committee celebrates black history month. Today we honor Aijalon (A.C.) Cordoza. A.C. Cordoza was just elected as the first black person to win Virginia’s District 91 House of delegates seat. Before being elected as a delegate, Mr. Cordoza was the Vice Chairman of the Hampton Republican Party; and in the private sector this U.S. Air Force veteran works in cyber security keeping Naval assets safe against enemy threats.
The NSRTC celebrates his win as historic, with Mr. Cordoza winning on a platform of Education, 2nd Amendment Constitutional rights, Military Veterans and Family Resources, Safe Communities, and reducing unnecessary tax hikes and fees.
A.C. Cordoza made other news recently when he took to the chamber floor to criticize the legislative Black caucus  (comprised of only democrats), for rejecting his application for membership. He is currently the only Black Republican in the Virginia House. To learn more about Mr. Cordoza’s policy issues, visit his website at
