Our Holiday Gift to you !

Have you seen our North Salem Republican Town Committee (NSRTC) Declaration of Independence themed Christmas Tree? It’s one of many trees decorated from local North Salem organizations that were generously donated by the North Salem Improvement Society. They are being displayed now until the New Year on the greenspace on Titicus Road just east of Keeler Lane and Baxter Road. Please join the North Salem community on Christmas Eve at 6pm there for caroling, treats and Santa.

Did you know that four of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were from New York? One specifically is from what was then Westchester County. Who was that? Email us at and all correct answers will be entered to win a $25 gift certificate to a local North Salem eatery. All email entries will also receive a copy of our U.S. Constitution. That is our holiday gift to you!

To note, signing the Declaration of Independence was considered treasonous to the British King. Would you have signed then for liberty and freedom from British rule? You can still do this now (if you dare). See below and join the signers.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays  to all!
