It's a busy weekend in Northern Westchester! Rain may be in the forecast, but that's not stopping local organizations from offering lots of opportunities for community members to come together around shared interests. Friday night kicks off with the Katonah Chamber of Commerce's 13th annual chili cook off.
On Saturday, the Town of North Salem invites residents to get involved in some spring cleaning and pitch in to help clean up town roadways. Supplies will be provided at town campus. There's lots more on the calendar, including a march for Ukraine, nature programming at Ward Pound Ridge and at the Ridgefield Recreation Center, and so much more. Read on for our top picks.

North Salem roadside cleanup and e-waste drop-off - Sat Mar 26 10:00 am
North Salem's annual roadside cleanup and E-waste drop-off will take place this Saturday, March 26 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Town Campus – 266 - 274 Titicus Road. Come early for light refreshments!
Roadside Cleanup: Come pickup your orange bags for collecting litter. Safety vests and pickers are available to borrow for your convenience. We will have a map of the town roads up and hope that you highlight where you will tackle the litter. [more details]
