We may be returning to in-person gatherings this Thanksgiving, but that doesn’t mean everybody wants to return to cooking for a crowd. Thankfully, several local eateries have thought ahead and are offering Thanksgiving to-go menus. So add another leaf to the dining room table and pull up another folding chair; you don’t have to cook.
DeCicco & Sons (Brewster; Somers)
On the menu: Cooked and uncooked turkeys; various holiday packages including turkey, starters & platters, pasta & entrees, soups & sides, desserts & breads.

General Bakeshop (Brewster)
On the menu: Butternut sage butter flake rolls; pumpkin meringue pie; maple pecan pie; apple strudel; carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard (North Salem)
On the menu: Farm-raised, fresh Thanksgiving turkeys. The turkeys are Harvest Moon birds that are 100% antibiotic free, never administered any hormones, and spend their lives foraging on open pasture on Harvest Moon’s upstate farm. The smallest turkeys are 15 - 19 pounds. Larger birds are 20 - 25+ pounds, priced at $6 per pound. A $25 deposit is required upon order placement.

Hayfields Market (North Salem)
On the menu: Heritage turkeys from local farms; half and full trays of sides including five kinds of potatoes, three vegetable choices, three kinds of stuffing, various soups, sauces and gravy and breads from Freshly Baked Bread Co. Various pies, cakes and assorted desserts are also available for pre-order. For $425 plus tax, you can order the “Chef’s Take Out Special” that feeds 12-15 people and includes 10-12 pounds of roasted Bell & Evans turkey, choice of soup, potato, stuffing and two veggies, plus gravy, cranberry sauce, mixed green salad, biscuits, apple and pumpkin pies and a floral table arrangement.

On the menu: Fresh heirloom or Amish turkeys, house brined, shrimp and lobster cocktail, crab cakes, various soups and gravy, filet mignon or salmon, mashed potatoes,roasted brussel sprouts, broccoli gratin, quinoa with butternut squash & cranberry, Farmer’s salad, maple whipped sweet potatoes, maple glazed butternut squash, country sage & sausage stuffing, dinner rolls, pumpkin and pecan pies.

On the menu: Vegetable stuffed mushrooms, antipasti, pumpkin bisque, Italian bread, boneless turkey breast, roasted brussel sprouts and carrots, sausage & herb stuffing, mashed potatoes, roasted yams, cranberry sauce, brown gravy & apple pie. Each dinner kit feeds five people.

On the menu: A classic turkey dinner for 8; holiday feast for 12; holiday sides, soups & sauces; holiday appetizers; vegan meal for 2. A Thanksgiving feast for 12 is $299.99 and includes turkey and ham, assorted vegetables, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, brioche rolls, apple and pumpkin pie.
