This January weekend is filled with local activities. For those who are civically minded, local leaders will host an informal "coffee and conversation" at the Ruth Keeler Library Saturday. In Katonah, community members of all ages are invited to "Creative Community Fridays." And in Ridgefield, the Aldrich Museum invites locals to visit for Third Saturdays, a free admission day that includes activities for all ages.

If you're a sports fan, North Salem High School's varsity ice hockey and basketball teams will compete over the weekend. And if you just like to get outside, both the North Salem Open Land Foundation and Ridgefield Running Company have options. From art to nature to sports, this weekend's got it all. What will you get up to?
