PHOTOS: Santa ‘sleighs’ North Salem

The Croton Falls Fire Department escorted Santa through the streets of North Salem Sunday, spreading holiday cheer to children, pets and families. The ‘Candy Cane Run’ took Santa on a guided tour of nearly every street in town, with members of the fire department leading the way and passing out candy canes to excited onlookers.

Santa will return to North Salem once more before Christmas when he makes a quick visit on Christmas Eve for the town’s annual bonfire and caroling festivities.
