Volunteers Needed at Durand Preserve Tuesday, December 6

From the North Salem Open Land Foundation

We are in need of volunteers to help us with our winter maintenance at Durand Preserve on December 6 from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The goal is to clean out and upgrade the tree tubes at a Trees for Tribs planting site in order to make room for plant growth in the Spring. 

Please wear sturdy shoes, bring water and garden gloves. We will provide the necessary tools. Park at the Ruth Keeler Memorial Library. Meet our staff at the trailhead located behind the library. We can provide volunteer hours for anyone who needs them.
