With the weather turning colder and the days growing shorter, it's tempting to want to slow down and lean into hibernation mode, especially if you're gearing up for a busy holiday season. But staying in would mean missing out on a rich array of unique local activities happening this weekend. Hygrade Market is hosting an open house Saturday night in Croton Falls, featuring live music, food, beer and wine. Hygrade's neighbor Folkways Wines is hosting three--yes three--events on Saturday, including a pop-up fishmonger. There's also a Veteran's Day ceremony at Town Hall, an inaugural pizza night at Daniel's on June, group running and cycling meetups and so much more. Read on for our top picks.

Every Saturday morning at 7:00 AM, rain or shine. Run anywhere from 4-7 miles; the route is posted on Facebook and Strava pages the day before. (You do not need a Facebook account to access).
