PHOTOS: Halloween Spooktacular at the Ruth Keeler Memorial Library

The Ruth Keeler Memorial Library hosted a “Halloween Spooktacular” party Monday for North Salem kids and families. The free outdoor gathering included Halloween-themed arts and crafts, donut decorating, mummy-making, a costume parade and trick or treating at the town buildings surrounding the library campus.
