Friday, September 9th, 1:30-3pm at Old Field Preserve in Waccabuc. We are excited to see our preschool friends again in person to explore the meadow, look for butterflies, and go for a nature walk through the shrubland and woodlands at Old Field Preserve in Waccabuc. Our monthly preschool hikes are designed to provide opportunities to learn about nature and socialize in a loosely-structured environment. Blooms & Bubbly Event at Honeybee Grove Flower Farm - Sat Sep 10 6:00 pm

The evening hours are the most magical hours at the farm. The bumble bees are a little pollen drunk and snuggle up inside the flower pedals to sleep for the night. The dragonflies appear, hovering above the flowers looking for their evening meal, the crickets and peeper frogs chorus from the wildflower field. The sun turns golden and the shadows lengthen, while the heat subsides just a little. It is truly a delicious little spot to sit and enjoy some refreshments or wander among the flowers.

Hammond Museum: Moon Viewing Concert - Sat Sep 10 7:00 pm
