Two events scheduled to take place in North Salem this Sunday will mark the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. St. James Episcopal Church and the Croton Falls Fire Department will each hold ceremonies.
At 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, St. James will host a morning prayer service with music. Later in the day, the Croton Falls Fire Department will hold a ceremony on the lawn of its firehouse at 301 Titicus Road on Titicus Road at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
Last year, around 60 community members, including town officials, first responders, families and Boy Scout members attended the Croton Falls Fire Department’s ceremony honoring the 20th anniversary of 9/11.
