North Salem Historical Society hosts annual Strawberry Festival


The North Salem Historical Society hosted its annual Strawberry Festival Sunday, drawing local families for old-fashioned summer fun and homemade strawberry shortcakes at the Historical Society's landmark "White Elephant" property on Keeler Lane.

The afternoon festivities included live music, lawn games - including a children's tug-of-war -  and a puppet show from Sova Dance & Puppet Theater.
