Lewisboro Land Trust: Paint with Nature - Sat Jul 9 10:00 am

Create one-of-a-kind paintings and sun prints using objects found in nature!This program will start with a hike along the Nature Trail to gather materials (please bring a basket or bucket). We will finish at the meditation garden where local artist and art educator, Jessica Soininen-Eddis, will guide participants in creating their own set of paint brushes and work of art. We will also have sheets of sun paper (aka cyanotype photograph paper) for each participant to create a sunlight prin. [more details]

This therapy dogs loves to be read to and he doesn’t care if you are a good reader or just a beginner. This program provides children with a comfortable and non-judgmental environment to practice their reading skills.

Chinese Calligraphy Demonstration with Wang Mansheng - Sat Jul 9 2:00 pm

Folkways Wines: Ceramic Spoon Workshop - Sat Jul 9 3:00 pm

Join us for a hands-on workshop to make ceramic spoons at Folkways! Following a short demo, students will have the opportunity to create their own spoons. All are welcome, regardless of skill level. Caramoor: The Chevalier - Sun Jul 10 4:00 pm

2022)—On July 10, Caramoor presents The Chevalier, a concert theater work about Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges, a prolific 18th-century composer, virtuoso violinist, abolitionist, general of Europe’s first Black regiment, acquaintance of both Mozart and Marie Antoinette, and the finest fencer in Europe, whose story was nonetheless forgotten by history.
