After enjoying breakfast in bed (hopefully!), we invite all moms (and other ladies) to ditch the family for a couple of hours and join us for a brisk social hike. Our Executive Director and local mom, Shantala DuGay-Iyengar, will lead the group along the large loop of the preserve, passing through wooded forest, wetlands, along a stream, and by the hidden lake. All adult ladies (regardless of motherhood status) are welcome, as well as babies under 2 in carriers and friendly dogs on leash. Refreshments will be served and flowering plants given out at the end.

This hike is rated moderate and will be about 1.5-2 miles. Sturdy, mud-resistant shoes are recommended. Steady rain will cancel.

Advance registration is appreciated so we can plan for volunteers and refreshments.
Marian Yarrow Preserve is located on the East side of Mt. Holly Rd., 0.3 miles south of Todd Rd. and 0.3 miles north of Holly Hill Lane (diagonally across from 508 Mt. Holy Road, Katonah).
