Sealed proposals for performing the work herein described will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, 266 Titicus Road, North Salem, New York 10560, until 10:00 A.M. on April 19, 2022. At 10:00 A.M. on the same day, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in said office.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install insulation materials and vapor barrier assemblies, including the removal and installation of associated subfloor sheathing at 3 Owens Road in the Town of North Salem, NY in accordance with the plans and specifications and as directed by the Town.

Contract Documents will be made available for free from the Town website https://www.northsalemny.org/bids
on or after March 25, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. Requests for paper copies of the Contract Documents may be made at the office of the Town Clerk, in writing, and with at least 48 hours advance notice of expected pickup. Paper copy requests will require payment of a cash deposit of $50.00 for each set, which will be refunded upon return of said Contract Documents in good condition within 30 days after receipt of Bids. Contract Documents will only be available for purchase and return, not for on-site review.
