On Saturday, April 1, 2023 the Planning Board will be presenting its draft of

the Croton Falls Plan, a Supplement to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan for your and comment before sending it over to the Town Board.

Planning was tasked with preparing this supplement that focuses on the hamlet, establishes a vision and direction based upon the needs and priorities of its residents and makes recommendations on how to implement those goals.

The meeting will be held at the new Community Center at 3 Owens Road.

While the building may not be 100% complete, we anticipate that by then the Recreation Department will be moved in and the theater space will be available.

The presentation will start at 10:00am but early birds (9:00am) may do a walkthrough of the space and see some of the exhibits on display for the Plan.

Lauren Rosasco, Superintendent of Recreation, will be there for an impromptu mini tour and to answer any questions you may have.

We are anxious to hear comments and suggestions before we finalize the document and send it to the Town Board.

A draft of the report will be up on the town website and hard copies at our offices and the library.
