Are you curious about trail running but nervous to try it on your own?

Join us for a special "introduction to trail running" event at Leon Levy Preserve in South Salem! We'll give you the scoop on how to run the trails in this area safely and confidently (Hint: We walk a lot of the hills!).

This is an all-levels run; no runner left behind. Trail shoes are suggested but not required. No trail shoes? We got you! Our friends from Nike will be on hand with demos of their new trail shoe models for you to try on your run.

While this is women-focused, all are welcome. We kindly ask that you leave dogs at home as we want to be able to focus on our footing and our surroundings. We'll hit the trail even if there's some snow on the ground (for truly bad weather, we'll postpone it).

We'll have cider and donuts afterward, tailgating-style; bring a camp chair! RSVP required.
